Frequently Asked Questions

Do  you  offer  U-Pick?

We  offer cut  your  own  flowers,  which  is  seasonal  and  weather  dependent.  Each  season  we  will  announce  when  the  cut  flower  section is  open  for  cutting!

What  days  of  the  week  are  you  open?

We  are  open  7  days  a  week  May-November.  Firewood  is  open  365  days  of  the  year.

Can  we  pet  and  feed  the  goats?

No, sorry  we  don’t  allow  anyone  to  pet  or  feed  the  goats.

Are  the  goats  used  for  milk?

No,  they’re used  for  smiles!  Haha!  Our  outdoor  spoiled  pets  :)

Are  we  able  to freely  walk  around  the  farm?

Unfortunaly,  no  since   it  is  a  working  farm.  Also ,  we  are  limited  on  staff.  However,  we  when  our  U-Pick  berries  and  cut  your  own  flower  season  begins  we  do  have  designated  spaces  if  you’re  picking  your  own.

Are  you  hiring?  Can  I  volunteer?

We  really  appreciate  the fact  that  so  many  people  ask  this  question!  We  are  not  hiring.  We  are  a  small  farm  run  by  3  family  members  with  unpredictable  schedules  and  obstacles  that  come  up  on  farms  on  a  daily  basis.  We  don’t  feel  comfortable  taking  other  peoples  schedules  into  our  hands  when  it  comes  to  volunteer  work.  If  this  changes  down  the  road  we  will  100%  post  about  it!  Thank  you  for  the  interest  in  wanting  to  help  us  out.  :)

How  old  are  Jasmine  and  Cosmo?

Jasmine  (the  white  goat)  was  born  on  April  4  2019,  and  Cosmo  (the  white  and  tan  one)  was  born  on  July  13  2019.  So  Jasmine  is  the  big  sister,  but  they aren't  related!

When  are  Farm  Tours?

We  don’t  offer  farm  tours  at  this  time.

I  am  a  photographer  and  would  love  to  come  and  host  mini  sessions on  the  farm,  how  can  I  do  this?

Please  see  our  contact  info,  and  send  us  an  email  for  further  information on  photographers  hosting  sessions  on  the  farm,  thank  you!

Are  dogs  allowed?

Yes,  if  they  are  leashed  and  not  aggressive.  However,  only  in  designated  grass  area.

Our  goats  get  extremely  stressesd  when  dogs make noises. We  know that animals  get  excited,  but because  of  how  babied  our  goats  are,  please  dont  let  dogs  bark  near  the  goat  pen.

Only  5  dogs  at  a  time  are  allowed  in  the  pumpkin  patch  area  (October).

Why  do  you  have  all  the  airstreams?!

We  just  like  them,  haha!  No  real  reason, or  plans  with  them  other  than  we  love  airstreams.

Can  we  tour  the  inside  of  the  airstreams?

If  we  were  traveling  and  saw  airstreams  on  a  farm  we  would  absolutely ask  the  same  question!  However, since  we  are  a  working  farm  and  low  staff  we  don’t  allow  people  to  walk  in  airstreams.  We  sometimes  have  one  up  in  the  front  cut  flower  field,  which  can  be  admired  from  afar  :)
