Where  do  you  get  your  flowers?

We  are   proud  to  say  that we  grow  every  single  stem  we  sell  right  here  at  Assateague  Farm  :)

Do  you  offer  U-Pick?

No  we  are  not  offering  U  Pick  at  this  time.

What  days  of  the  week  are  you  open?

We  are  open  7  days  a  week  March-October.  Firewood  is  open  365  days  of  the  year.

Can  we  pet  and  feed  the  goats?

No, sorry  we  don’t  allow  anyone  to  pet  or  feed  the  goats.

Are  we  able  to freely  walk  around  the  farm?

Unfortunaly,  no  since   it  is  a  working  farm.  Also ,  we  are  limited  on  staff. 

Are  you  hiring?  Can  I  volunteer?

We  really  appreciate  the fact  that  so  many  people  ask  this  question!  We  are  not  hiring.  We  are  a  small  farm  run  by  3  family  members  with  unpredictable  schedules  and  obstacles  that  come  up  on  farms  on  a  daily  basis.  We  don’t  feel  comfortable  taking  other  peoples  schedules  into  our  hands  when  it  comes  to  volunteerin/work.  If  this  changes  down  the  road  we  will  100%  post  about  it!  Thank  you  for  the  interest  in  wanting  to  help  us  out. 

How  old  are  Jasmine  and  Cosmo?

Jasmine  (the  white  goat)  was  born  on  April  4  2019,  and  Cosmo  (the  white  and  tan  one)  was  born  on  July  13  2019.  So  Jasmine  is  the  big  sister,  but  they aren't  related!

When  are  Farm  Tours?

We  don’t  offer  farm  tours  at  this  time.

I  am  a  photographer  and  would  love  to  come  and  host  mini  sessions on  the  farm,  how  can  I  do  this?

Are  dogs  allowed?

Yes,  if  they  are  leashed  and  not  aggressive.  However,  only  in  designated  area.  We  dont  offer  a  large  space  for  dogs  to  be  walked  or  for  wandering  since  it  is  a  working  farm.
